a) Availability of machines / men for winding

We have Toroidal winding machines capable of winding. For CTs where the number of turns is small, winding on machines has to be replaced by winding by hand. For this we have adequate trained persons.

b) Availability of adequate supervision / inspection personnel

c) Availability of testing facilities

All necessary facilities for carrying out tests as IS / IEC on semi-finished and finished CTs are available `in-house.

FACILITIES FOR ROUTINE TESTING

We also have easy access to the testing facilities of ERDA at Vadodara , Gujarat state and CPRI Banglore, Karnataka State, where we get our type-testing done.

For all Low Voltage, Medium Voltage CTs, PTs & Transformers we have full facilities in-house as above for carrying out all Type Tests and Routine Tests as per IS & IEC.
