Mr. Nishigandh Deshpande, was our Founder & Technical Director of the Maxilon Group and was a member of the Governing council of IEEMA. He was also member of the technical committee ETD 34 of BIS.

Dr. (Ms) Jaya Sathe , the Managing Director is on the Governing Council of IEEMA( Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers Association ) since 2004. She was also on the organising committee till 2014 for "Elecrama" since 2006, HR Committee since 2008, ISQA Committee of IEEMA SME Quality Awards Since 2008.

Mr.Prashant Sathe, our Director was on the Governing Council of NIMA ( Nashik Industries Manufacturers Association ), he is on the Governing Council of NIWEC ( Nashik Industries Welfare Centre )
